Position: Project Manager
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Benefits: Car allowance and fuel expenses

- Have a proven track record in managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong budget control experience and end-to-end project management
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing on-site operations for various commercial projects
- Ensuring timely project completion within budget and to high-quality standards
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Implementing and maintaining strict health and safety protocols
