Are you a confident leader with a passion for efficiency, organisation, and making processes better? We're recruiting on behalf of a busy, fast-paced site that's looking for a dynamic Goods-Inwards Supervisor to join their growing and proactive team.

This is your chance to step into a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front-overseeing stock control, improving processes, and working closely with production to ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and developing a dedicated Goods-In and Stock Control team.

  • Overseeing all incoming stock-ensuring everything is correctly booked into the system and matched with POs and invoices.

  • Keeping warehouse areas organised and optimised, with stock properly segregated, rotated, and accessible.

  • Ensuring materials are delivered to the production and nursery teams on time and in good order.

  • Accurately recording stock damages, wastage, and scrap decisions.

  • Coordinating regular stock takes and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies and maintaining system accuracy.

  • Taking responsibility for MHE operations-induction, maintenance, checks, and incident investigations.

  • Collaborating with multiple departments, including production and quality control, to maintain stock integrity.

  • Playing an active role in continuous improvement projects and layout optimisation.

What They're Looking For:
  • Experience in stock control or warehouse supervision (within a fast-moving environment is ideal).

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with great attention to detail.

  • A natural team leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.

  • Confident using WMS and other systems to manage stock flows.

  • Organised, efficient, and a great communicator.

  • Horticulture knowledge
