Within this, role you will responsible for ensuring each site delivers profitability, a best-in-class customer experience, as well as full compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

The Role -
- Lead multiple dealerships to achieve profitability, customer satisfaction and compliance with standards
- Develop and deliver regional strategies aligned with company objectives
- Great OTE as well as multiple progression pathways

- Leadership experience within the retail motor industry

- Located within the King's Lynn / Wisbech area, or commutable
