Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
A leading regional M&E Contractor are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer working on new build and refurbishment projects and maintenance contracts covering East Anglia and surrounding regions.
They offer a comprehensive service undertaking installations, repairs and breakdowns, operating in a diverse range of sectors including commercial, industrial and domestic. Project sizes will vary from large projects working within a team to smaller projects with pairs or solo working.
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the satisfaction of the client.
Successful applicants will have the following experience and qualification:
- Installation of commercial gas heating systems.
- Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas appliances and systems.
- Fault finding and diagnostics.
- Ensuring compliance with all current legislation and safety standards.
- Producing detailed job reports and ensuring accurate documentation
- Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience working within a similar environment - commercial and industrial.
- Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of heating systems and controls.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Current ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
