We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our warm and welcoming children’s residential care home in Wisbech.

In this important role, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and homely environment for the young people in our care. You’ll work closely with our care team to ensure the home is well-maintained and comfortable, supporting the wellbeing of the children and staff alike.

Key details:

£12.69 per hour

40 hours per week

Shifts: 6:00am – 4:00pm

4 days per week

Your responsibilities will include:

General cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal spaces

Laundry duties

Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the home

Stocking cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues

We’re looking for someone who:

Takes pride in their work and has great attention to detail

Can work independently and as part of a team

Is respectful, kind, and understands the importance of working in a child-centred environment

Has previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred but not essential)
