The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for day to day maintenance and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Complete fault finding, planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximise equipment reliability and performance
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of machinery and equipment
- Carry out fault finding, problem solving
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns
Skills and Qualifications of the l Maintenance Engineer:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a similar role
- Time served accredited apprentice
- Worked in an FMCG environment
- Electrical / mechanical qualification
