- Chasing and processing completed compliance, new starter, and leaver information and documentation.
- Maintenance of training qualification and training history records and related administration.
- Updating and maintaining specific screens within the HR System– data entry; chasing compliance, new starter and leaver documentation/records; updating personal and role related records.
- Actioning pre-employment checks by responding to and requesting references. Maintain accurate records with reasons where references have not been requested by us or provided for new employees.
- Completing “New Starter” checklists, follow up and chase outstanding documentation, information and training until 100% complete.
- Absence related administration and preparation of reports in respect of sickness, holiday and other absences.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, which includes the shortlisting process and scheduling of interviews and assessments where required.
- Creating and issuing induction packs to new starters and co-ordinating induction training plans and introduction meetings.
- General administration tasks, including photocopying, filing, scanning and maintaining efficient working practices.
- Maintain electronic and paper-based personnel files, creating physical files for the cabinets and ensuring that essential physical filing is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide progress updates / reports for the team as required for any work completed.
