Teaching Assistant

Vision for Education are working closely with a primary school in Wisbech to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with some of their pupils who require additional support.

About the role

You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with pupils with a range of different needs. The ideal candidate will be observant, patient and kind and able to work independently and also part of a wider team. This is a full time role from Monday-Friday as there is a need for consistency.

This is a 'Good' school in Wisbech. This school is welcoming and supportive and offer staff regular training sessions to help develop a common purpose of providing a secure and nurturing learning environment. 

Requirements:

• To have experience working with children or young people with additional needs
• To be patient, kind and resilient
• To have a therapeutic approach to supporting children 
• To be willing to process or have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Salary

£89- £100 per day
