About the Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of residential property transactions—from instruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Conduct property searches and ensure legal compliance.
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (preferred).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
