SITE MANAGER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN WISBECH, CAMEBRIDGESHIRE
Job Title: Site manager
Location: Wisbech,camebridgeshire
Salary: 55-60k DOE + company car and other additional benefits
Skilled careers are currently working with a nationwide Social housing contract who currently are looking for an experienced site manager for a project
Summary for Site manager role:
Planned works K&B, EWI, Roofing stream of works
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining Asbestos Awareness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure all team members possess necessary certifications, including CSCS Gold Card and driving licence.
Requirements for Site manager role:
Previous experience required with similar projects.
Basic DBS (Willingness to undergo)
Uk Driving License
Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP,
GOLD CSCS or above,
CIH Certificate in Managing Housing Maintenance
SMSTS
