Job Duties:- Provide support and assistance to individuals in a healthcare setting
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Valid DBS check
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:Prior experience in a healthcare or support role
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- First Aid certification
- Preferred Driver with access to a Vehicle
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
