Our client is a reputable social housing contractor who are are looking for a Senior Planner / scheduler with experience in property maintenance to join their team based in Wisbech overseeing a small team.

The suitable candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar filed and be familiar with the building maintenance industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Liaising with housing association tenants regarding new and ongoing repairs in their homes.

-Answering customer calls/emails and enquiries regarding breakdowns and planned service works.
-To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas.
-Dealing with complaints and finding solutions.
-Schedule engineers diaries.
-General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required.

Qualification and Skills:

-Must be computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Have a sound knowledge of building and repairs.
-Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Great telephone manner
-Excellent organisational skills
-Attention to detail
-Customer and team focused

The role is offered on a permanent basis. Monday - Friday 8-5pm. Starting asap.
