Job Title: Warehouse Operative/DriverLocation: WishawRemuneration: £12.21 per hourContract Details: Temporary, 3 months, 36 hours per week, working over 4 days
Responsibilities:Join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Driver and play a crucial role in our operations! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely handling and organising inventory.
- Loading and unloading goods efficiently.
- Driving to deliver products to designated locations.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to meet regular targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Skills & Experience:We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role.
- Strong manual handling experience.
- An excellent attendance and timekeeping record.
- A team-oriented mindset with great collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
- A Full Driving Licence and driving experience.
Desirable Skills & Experience:If you have any of the following, it's a bonus!
- Forklift Truck Licence.
- Familiarity with Kerridge or other WMS/ERP systems.
- Experience in delivery planning.
