As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting operational tasks, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency throughout your shift. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and Service Centre Manager, offering you exposure to a key field operations environment. You'll be working from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with occasional overtime available. Pay rates vary depending on shift:
- Standard Shift: 13.01
- Premium Shift (19:00 - 08:00): 15.66
- Saturday Rate: 14.19
