CAP Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a sustainability-focused, multidisciplinary consultancy, currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior technical role within a growing and innovative practice, working on a broad range of projects with a focus on design quality, coordination, and client delivery.
About the Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering detailed technical design services, project coordination, and client liaison across a variety of sectors. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure designs meet both brief and statutory requirements while maintaining the highest standards in technical delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Architectural Technology (essential).
- MCIAT or working towards professional qualification (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience managing technical projects across all RIBA stages, particularly within the residential sector.
- Strong construction knowledge, detailing skills, and the ability to resolve on-site technical queries.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
