Key Responsibilities:As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both finance and customer service functions, including:

Handling incoming finance queries from customers and suppliers

Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and on time

Assisting with credit control by chasing outstanding payments in a professional and friendly manner

Resolving invoice issues and liaising with courier and logistics partners

Providing general admin support to the finance and operations teams
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a finance or admin role, ideally with exposure to AP/AR and some credit control

Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach

Great attention to detail and the ability to stay organised

A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
