Location: Witham, CM8
Type: Temporary – Full time (Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
Pay: £12.21 per hour (Enhanced OT rates after 38.25 hrs)
Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am–2:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

gap personnel is seeking a Production Operative to join our client’s team in Witham. If you have experience in window fabrication, that’s a big plus—but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Follow clear processes to manufacture high-quality window products.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Handle and lift components using safe techniques.
• Meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain top-quality standards in everything you do.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised, and hazard-free.

• Experience in window fabrication is desirable.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery safely.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
