Role Responsibilities
- Manage the estates operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Lead on compliance, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee estates teams and contractors, ensuring high standards of service and cost efficiency.
Essential Requirements
- Proven estates or facilities management experience.
- Strong understanding of health & safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
- Leadership experience managing staff and contractors.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to pass enhanced DBS checks.
