We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to oversee the daily running, safety, and maintenance of facilities. This is a key leadership role, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.The Organisation

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the estates operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Lead on compliance, health & safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee estates teams and contractors, ensuring high standards of service and cost efficiency.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven estates or facilities management experience.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
  • Leadership experience managing staff and contractors.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to pass enhanced DBS checks.
