Brand and Campaigns Manager - 12 months FTC Hybrid 1 - 2 days per weekSalary circa £35K

We’re looking for a Brand & Campaigns Manager to take ownership of the entire creative process — from concept to delivery — and bring our brand to life in powerful, purposeful, and people-centred ways.

Our client, a highly customer focused financial services provider is based near Bishops Stortford. They believe creativity is at the heart of that journey. The organisation is seeking a Brand & Campaigns Manager to join their dedicated team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. In this exciting and creative role, you’ll be part of a team that builds connections and trust, solves problems and delivers excellence.

Duties of the Brand & Campaigns Manager:

  • Lead and own the creative process — end-to-end.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships with precision and passion.
  • Collaborate across departments to shape campaigns that resonate with members.
  • Be the brand guardian, ensuring the company shows up consistently, boldly, and brilliantly.
  • Refresh and evolve their visual identity, content, and campaign materials.
  • Build strong metrics for creative effectiveness and continuously optimise output.
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance.
  • Stay on the pulse of design, multimedia, and marketing trends — and apply them meaningfully.

The successful individual will possess:

  • Proven experience within the financial services sector, managing creative campaigns from briefing to final rollout.
  • A deep understanding of creative/design tools and graphic design best practices.
  • A background in the analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Standout communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Creative flair, strategic thinking, and a curious mind that’s always one step ahead.
  • A knack for stakeholder engagement and turning feedback into powerful output.
  • A collaborative spirit with the confidence to challenge and inspire.
