About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our client and help drive the growth of one of the UK's leading B2B digital media companies. As part of a fast-growing startup driven by AI content, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, converting leads into sales, generating new business, and creating bespoke marketing solutions for top brands and agencies.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business while building strong, long-term relationships with clients in a rapidly expanding sector.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate new business through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Convert inbound leads into long-term clients
  • Develop tailored marketing and advertising proposals using our digital media suite
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions
  • Attend relevant B2B industry events and exhibitions for networking and lead sourcing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Data) to deliver successful campaigns
  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales reporting
  • Contribute to the team's growth and development in a high-energy startup environment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B or media sales
  • Proven success in winning new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising solutions (preferred, but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
