Our client are a well-established and award-winning specialist in sash windows, that are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to support and drive their sales growth strategy. This key role will be focused on managing major accounts and developing strong relationships with trade and commercial clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities-
Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.

Maintain and develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.

Lead negotiations and secure contracts with high-value clients.

Produce accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Create detailed visit reports, budget summaries, and actionable plans.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Deliver solutions that align closely with client needs and expectations.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency across the brand.

Stay informed on new product launches and ensure customers are updated promptly.

Represent the company at client meetings, and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.

Proven experience in business development or a senior sales role with a strong technical background.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Ability to build rapport with senior-level stakeholders and manage key accounts.
