A large manufacturing company in Witham, Essex are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis.
Depending on experience, this position will be paying between 13 - 15 per hour.

This fast-growing business have been established almost 20 years', have around 20 staff in total and part of a larger group.
What does the position involve?
- As a CNC Operator, you will be required to operate CNC milling machines and double-head saws to precise specifications
- Reading from job sheets and technical drawings
- Set up tools, materials, and monitor production cycles
- Carry out quality checks on finished components
- Performing machine maintenance where required
- Work with team members to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
About You
- Experience in CNC machining and/or saw operation within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
- Confident using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
