Duties

  • Promptly process quotes and orders, ensuring they are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Offer technical expertise to customers and staff, providing necessary support.
  • Prepare and annotate paperwork before manufacturing, ensuring precision.
  • Update customer orders and quotations as needed, keeping information current.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address queries, provide technical advice, and update orders.
  • Follow up on order confirmations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and client requests promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Update schedules and spreadsheets daily to reflect progress.
  • Achieve and surpass targets, contributing to the team's success.
  • Interact professionally with customers, ensuring they receive accurate quotes and updates.
  • Maintain customer relationships by following up for updates and building connections.
