Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner ready to make the move into a client-facing advisory role?

Our client, a well-established boutique wealth management firm in Essex, is seeking a motivated Junior Wealth Planner with strong technical knowledge and paraplanning experience. This is a brilliant opportunity to transition into advice, with a clear, structured pathway toward becoming a Senior Wealth Planner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning
  • Participating in client meetings and gradually taking on full advisory responsibilities
  • Producing suitability reports and conducting in-depth research to support tailored advice
  • Collaborating closely with senior advisers and support teams to ensure exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)
  • Solid paraplanning background within an IFA or financial planning firm
  • A clear desire to progress into an adviser role and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
