  • Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with business standards and customer requirements.
  • Inspect and verify parts at all stages of production to guarantee precision and quality.
  • Produce First Article Inspection reports to uphold industry standards.
  • Manage non-conformance processes for both suppliers and customers, including root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet quality and production targets, supporting the integration of quality into every step of the manufacturing cycle.
  • Serve as an approved signatory for quality-related processes, ensuring the highest standards are met.

What You Will Bring:

  • A strong background in engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in quality control, ideally within the aerospace sector.
  • Proficiency in First Article Inspection and auditing processes.
  • Attention to detail, excellent numeracy skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, such as programming a Laser Measuring Machine, along with proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 standards
