A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Production Scheduler to join their team ASAP.
This is a full-time, temporary - permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, and paying 14.42 - 16.82 per hour (30,000 - 35,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Production Scheduler role will include but are not limited to:
* Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer and project deadlines
* Liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipping
* Managing client information, purchase orders, and supply coordination
* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and material availability
* Compiling data for KPI reports and attending progress meetings with teams and clients
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
* Previous experience in production scheduling or planning (manufacturing or engineering preferred)
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.)
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
* Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
