Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

I'm currently working with a well-established logistics company looking to bring in a confident, results-focused individual to join their growing team in Witham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in international and groupage road freight, who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment and enjoys developing new business opportunities.
The Role
- Developing new business across groupage and international road freight services
- Handling transactional sales and managing the full sales cycle
- Building relationships with new clients while contributing to revenue growth
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients
- Office-based role in Witham - ideal for those who enjoy team collaboration and a dynamic environment

- Proven sales experience within the freight or logistics sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in winning new business and managing client relationships

Package
- 30,000 basic salary
- Bonus/OTE structure to be discussed at interview - tailored based on experience and performance
