Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:
Experience in a warehouse or transport office is a plus
Solid Excel skills youll need to be confident with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
Minimum GCSE pass in Maths and English
A natural team player with great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage your workload independently
Punctual, proactive, and customer-focused
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery
Processing customer orders, updating inventory, and planning inbound/customer deliveries
Providing quotes for inbound sea freight and liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers
Coordinating customs clearances, inputting entries, and ensuring timely documentation
Using our in-house systems (Azyra/Snap) to book and track jobs
Confirming fulfilments via our WMS and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Monitoring SLAs, generating weekly KPIs, and taking action to exceed targets
Conducting weekly invoice reconciliations and resolving stock queries
Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
