Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 8am-3.30pm

Based just outside of Witham, you will be joining a well-known windows and doors manufacturing company with a large UK and International presence who are on a continuous growth journey.
Due to continued growth, expansion and new product development, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator with order processing experience to join their growing team! Offering a range of benefits and a vibrant working environment, this is a great opportunity for an estimator with Windows and doors experience to progress in their career.
The Estimator will play a big part in providing quotations and order confirmations to new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service!
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Processing quotes and orders in a timely manner
- Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff where required
- Producing and annotating paperwork prior to manufacturing
- Amending customer orders and quotations
- Communicating with customers and suppliers with any queries, technical advice, and order updates
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide timely responses to client requests
This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the windows and doors industry
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional manner
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of aluminium products would be preferential
