We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer service, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing quotes and orders from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and quotations using our in-house system and online pricing tool.
  • Maintaining effective communication with team members across all departments.
  • Providing professional customer liaison within the Company's service level agreement.
  • Assisting with daily customer care tasks, including ticket management and booking site visits.
  • Managing sales leads and updating the sales team during weekly meetings.
  • Liaising with customers regarding order specifications from updates through to sign-off.
  • Attending weekly internal sales meetings and scheduling orders in line with production.
  • Updating the sales team on available production space and ensuring bulk orders are fulfilled.
  • Answering office calls promptly and maintaining a customer CRM system.
  • Proactively covering all aspects of the department and assisting in other areas as needed.
  • Occasionally attending trade shows and helping with stock takes in the stationery and marketing areas.
  • Performing any other duties necessary to meet the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proactive approach to your work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to engage with customers via phone.
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple inboxes.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the organisation.
  • Previous office experience is desired, along with any sales experience in costing, pricing, and quotations (not essential)

Work Hours:

You'll work full-time from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Fridays, with a one-hour lunch break.
