- Establish the details of the enquiry and provide exceptional customer serviceProviding advice to customers, from itinerary’s, to travel, to accommodation
- Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
- Liaising with Travel and Booking Co-ordinators
- Ensuring tours are kept within set budgets
- Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfaction
- Proven experience and full understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to use Microsoft packages
- A team player but also able to work alone when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Calm and constructive approach to emergency situations
