We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a client of ours as part of their small team, working within the Witney office 8.30-5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays. This office is part of a larger company with offices across the UK and globally that can provide opportunities to progress.
The ideal Sales Administrator will be enthusiastic. Keen to pick up the phone, have conversations with people and build good relationships. They would be someone who would like to contribute to the success of the office as well as succeed personally and find a long-term opportunity that they can really get involved with.
The emphasis in this role is on talking with people via phone rather than sending emails.
This close-knit team likes to have a bit of a laugh and a joke at the same time as getting their heads down to achieve the end goal. Everyone mucks in to help each other and get the job done.
Sales Administrator tasks to include
- Follow up all warm leads by phone to convert to new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers with regular calls
- Ask relevant questions of clients and warm leads to understand their needs
- Make suitable product recommendations based on clients requirements
- Maximising upselling/cross selling where possible (no cold calling)
- Maintaining the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Preparing quotations and following through to completion
