Do you have strong computer skills and enjoy investigating why products are returned? We're looking for Complaints Investigators to join a leading global medical device and healthcare company in Witney.

This is not a customer service role; you'll be using computer systems to identify the root cause of issues. No prior experience is needed, as full training will be provided. We're looking for individuals with good IT and communication skills, who can follow procedures.

Important Details:

  • Pay Rate: £15.29 per hour
  • Location: Witney
  • Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7 am to 7 pm (day shifts)
  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

What you'll be doing:

  • Investigating customer-returned products according to established procedures.
  • Supporting the implementation of new and improved processes.
  • Communicating professionally with colleagues globally.
  • Meeting timeliness goals for complaint investigations and identifying process improvements.
  • Adhering to all relevant legislation and company Health and Safety policies.
  • Proactively suggesting cost savings through complaint process improvements and data quality.
  • Staying informed about new product developments and supporting complaint readiness before product launches.
  • Identifying and reporting trends in product complaints to management.
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or laboratory best practice is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with problem-solving and logical root cause analysis is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience working autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer packages including Word and Excel.
  • Successful applicants will need to provide 5 years of referencing (employment or alternative activity history).
