As a Receiving/Unpacking Investigator, you will be responsible for processing returned medical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and accurately documenting all findings. What You’ll Do:

Process Returned Medical Products: Accurately receive, log, and record returned products in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Unpacking & Inspection: Safely unpack returned medical devices, ensuring that all items are handled correctly and sorted efficiently.

Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed electronic records using company databases and quality management systems.

Compliance & Regulatory Support: Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO standards to ensure all returned products are processed correctly.

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the returns and investigation process to enhance overall efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including laboratory staff, quality control specialists, and customer service teams, to facilitate investigations and provide necessary documentation.

Trend Analysis & Reporting: Identify trends in product returns and report key findings to senior management to support further investigation and corrective actions.
What You’ll Need:

Basic IT Skills: Ability to use computers for data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
