What You’ll Do:

  • Run your section efficiently during busy services
  • Work closely with senior chefs to prepare dishes to spec and high standards
  • Support junior kitchen staff with training and development
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Strong work ethic and passion for quality, seasonal food
