I am supporting a leading engineering organisation in their search for a i skilled CNC Programmer to join their growing team.
The client is a leader in precision machined tooling for the motorsport, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
Overview
As a CNC Programmer, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, operating 5-axis CMS machines, interpreting technical drawings and CAD data, and ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work.
Responsibilities

- Ensuring the highest standards of precision in composite tooling and pattern work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC programming, machining, and milling
- CATIA V5 experience preferred
- Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technologies
- Background in motorsport, automotive, or aerospace is a plus
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Day-to-Day
As a CNC Programmer, you will work 40 hours a week, with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm. Night shift is also an option.
