Join a leading global medical device company in Witney, Oxfordshire, as a temporary Complaints Investigator. This is a highly analytical role focused on ensuring the safety and quality of essential healthcare products. Full training is provided-no prior industry experience is necessary.

Rate: 15.29 per hour | Shift: 4 on / 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM)



Core Responsibilities

  • Investigate Returns: Conduct detailed investigations on returned medical devices to find the root cause of issues. (This is not a customer service role.)
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced computer systems (including MS Excel) to analyse complaint data and identify key trends for proactive prevention.
  • Process Improvement: Help enhance procedures and increase efficiency across quality control efforts.
  • Global Collaboration: Communicate and share insights with global teams.
  • Management Reporting: Flag significant complaint trends for further management investigation.


What You'll Need

  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in using computer packages, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect information and find root causes.
  • Detail Focus: Excellent attention to detail for following procedures and accurate documentation.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Secondary education or equivalent (Maths and English).
