**6 month FTC**
We are pleased to be working with an organisation in the housing sector to help them find an Assistant Finance Manager to support the team for 6 months.
The role offers a blend of financial expertise, management responsibility, and strategic support for housing services. To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in the housing sector or a solid understanding of how the sector operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchase ledger processes, expenses, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate the annual budget for Property Services
- VAT returns
- Support the Head of Property Services in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure the delivery of value for money and cost-effective financial strategies within the Housing team.
