We are currently seeking a full-time administrator for our client's busy office within the funeral profession based in West Oxfordshire. This unique role requires a caring and organised individual who is ready to provide exceptional service during a challenging yet deeply rewarding time for our clients and their families.
What you'll do:
. General admin tasks such as answering emails, handling phone calls, and greeting visitors to the office.
. Supporting the funeral arrangers by assisting with the process of planning and arranging funeral services.
. Coordinate with clients, families, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of our clients services, maintaining a professional and compassionate approach throughout.
What we're looking for:
. A caring attitude, with a passion for helping others.
. A keen eye for detail and a dedication to getting things right.
. No previous funeral industry experience is required! Full training and support will be provided.
. Comfortable in working within the funeral industry and supporting families during difficult times.
. The ability to stay organised and compassionate in a busy office environment.
. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & in house database
