We're hiring Receiving/Unpacking Investigators for a world-renowned medical device and healthcare company based in Witney, Oxfordshire.

As a Receiving/Unpacking Investigator, you'll play a vital part in ensuring returned products are handled efficiently and correctly. This is not a customer-facing role - your focus will be on:

• Processing Returns: Receive and log returned products into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

• Maintaining Records: Use computer systems to track and document returned items.

• Supporting Improvements: Help drive process enhancements within the department.

• Collaborating Globally: Communicate professionally with colleagues around the world.

• Staying Informed: Keep up with product developments and support complaint readiness efforts.

• Identifying Trends: Spot patterns in returns and flag issues to management for investigation.

• Pay: £15.29 per hour

• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 7am - 7pm

• Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (OX29)
