IT Technician – Onsite £20000- £25000 - Witney
My Witney (West Oxfordshire) client is looking to add an IT Technician to their growing team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career and learn new technologies.
The successful IT support professional will be the first point of contact for IT support, logging and assigning incidents on the helpdesk system and providing help to those that need it.
Your background:
- IT support experience within a commercial helpdesk environment.
- Windows desktop and server (Active Directory) exposure.
- Networking experience would be a plus.
Role remit will include:
- First point of contact for all IT incidents called in.
- Escalation of incidents to senior member of the IT team
- Deployment and re-image workstations for new users.
- Provide support across hardware and software
