Our client is looking for a proactive, organised Secretary / Legal Assistant to support their team in Witney. This is a brilliant entry point for someone who wants to build a long-term legal career in Conveyancing and gain valuable exposure to client work, case management, and legal documentation.


What you'll be doing:
. Assisting lawyers with day-to-day admin, document preparation, and case management
. Drafting and typing correspondence, forms, and contracts
. Handling client calls and emails with professionalism and confidence
. Organising meetings and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and clients
. Learning the ins and outs of property transactions while keeping everything running smoothly
