Lead Hand

We are currently sourcing a Lead Hand for a well-established company in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse or manufacturing experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. Full training will be provided, with the chance to learn all departments and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities as a Lead Hand:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse

• Covering for the Warehouse Supervisor during busy periods

• Coordinating workflow across departments

• Learning all areas of the operation 

• Ensuring team targets and quality standards are met

• Leading by example and supporting junior staff

Skills required as a Lead Hand:

• Committed and reliable

• Strong leadership potential

• Excellent communication skills

• Keen to learn and progress

The details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 4pm – 1am

• Pay: £16.39/hour

• Long-term, Temp - perm opportunity

• Opportunity for progression and development
