Randstad is seeking a Production Assistant to join a leading global medical health care company in Witney. This role is crucial for manufacturing essential medical diagnostic products, including ink preparations and screen-printed electrodes. You will be an integral part of a team committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure full compliance with the company's quality systems, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and clear records, including data entry into batch records and completing reports with legible handwriting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Manager, Supervisor, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Uphold company standards for timekeeping, conduct, and correct working attire at all times.
Requirements
  • Basic Skills: A fundamental understanding of math and English for data entry and machine settings.
  • Communication: A good communicator with clear handwriting.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team and strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Background Check: Successful candidates will be required to provide a 5-year reference history (employment or alternative activity).
