Are you a technical, detail-oriented person who enjoys hands-on work? We're looking for a Medical Devices Service Technician to join our team in Sittingbourne. In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring that critical medical equipment is safe and fully functional.



What You'll Do

  • Service and Repair: You'll conduct detailed servicing and repairs on a variety of nutritional devices. This includes diagnosing functional failures and identifying faulty components.
  • Test and Document: You'll perform comprehensive incoming and outgoing tests on all devices. You'll also maintain accurate paper and electronic records for all testing, repair, and calibration activities to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: You'll help maintain the highest standards by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and you'll strictly adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Improve Processes: You'll be encouraged to proactively identify and report potential improvements to processes and documentation.
  • Mentor Others: You'll serve as a mentor and role model for new and existing colleagues, sharing your knowledge and best practices.


What We're Looking For

  • Technical: You should have a technical mindset and previous experience working with your hands, whether from a previous job or personal projects.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous and focused approach to tasks and a keen eye for detail.
  • Computer Proficient: You are comfortable with computers and have experience using databases and spreadsheets.
