Electronics Technician

A small consultancy business, specialising in bespoke electronic control systems, now have an opportunity for a additional Electronics Technician to join their team.

The technician will be primarily supporting internal R&D prototype builds, product assembly and test of small-volume, in-house equipment builds.

Electronics Technician skills & experience:

• Familiarity with static control procedures and electronic product handling requirements.
• Precision hand soldering
• Surface mount experience
• PCB soldering and component hand-placement
• IPC-610 soldering and inspection familiarity - preferable, but not essential.
• Basic electronic testing experience, use of multimeters and similar test equipment.
• Assembly experience - fitting of PCBs into enclosures, and other product assembly, including looms.
