Vibe Recruit are proud to be working with a global healthcare leader to recruit for a Quality Systems Support position within their Complaints Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to improving lives through innovation and excellence.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in supporting the Complaints Department, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Working on a 4 on / 4 off continental night shift (7pm - 7am), you'll investigate customer product returns, identify root causes, and support the development of effective and compliant quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations on customer-returned products in accordance with site and divisional procedures

  • Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of Quality Systems and processes

  • Liaise professionally with global colleagues and Customer Service teams

  • Troubleshoot and analyse product complaint data using electronic equipment and software applications

  • Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards, reporting improvements where identified

  • Uphold the company's Code of Conduct in all communications and interactions

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

  • Experience in a technical, laboratory, or quality systems environment (medical devices experience advantageous)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using electronic systems and investigation tools
