Construction Project Manager-Witney

Our client, aleading self-storage provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team!

The role:

Reporting to the Managing director, the role will focus on leading construction projects, completing them on time & within budget. Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.

Key projectsincludeRedevelopment of existing buildings, newbuildand mixed-use schemes.

  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for 1-2 key projects, ensuring flawless execution.

  • Ensuretimely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects.

  • Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects. To include clearobjectives, andplans to stakeholders for technical feasibility.

  • Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress comprehensively.

  • Utilise verification techniques to handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs.

  • Measure project performance, report to management, and escalate issues as necessary whilemaintainingrelationships with all involved parties.

Key skills/experience:

  • RICS Qualified

  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D

  • Track recordin construction, fit out, refurb & building project management

  • Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings

  • Experience leading projects
