Construction Project Manager-Witney

Our client, aleading self-storage provider, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team!
The role:
Reporting to the Managing director, the role will focus on leading construction projects, completing them on time & within budget. Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.
Key projectsincludeRedevelopment of existing buildings, newbuildand mixed-use schemes.

Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for 1-2 key projects, ensuring flawless execution.

Ensuretimely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects.

Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects. To include clearobjectives, andplans to stakeholders for technical feasibility.

Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress comprehensively.

Utilise verification techniques to handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance, report to management, and escalate issues as necessary whilemaintainingrelationships with all involved parties.
Key skills/experience:

RICS Qualified
-
AutoCAD 2D & 3D
-
Track recordin construction, fit out, refurb & building project management

Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings
