A successful company based in Woking are seeking a confident, organised and all round go getter that is seeking a varied role in a fast paced environment. This role would suit someone that enjoys speaking to people over the phone as well as confident working with data!
Key Responsibilities :
Operational support to the wider team and off-site team
Sending out confirmations emails
Support Account Managers with all tasks related to projects
Create reports for clients
Assist with presentations
Ensure that all activity is recorded on the system
Be the first point of contact with the client for all operational queries
Support off-site team and resolve performance issues
Manage and process expenses
Required Skills:
A natural communicator over the phone and in person
Educated to degree level would be preferred
Fantastic attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Previous office experience in a telephone-based role would be advantageous
Strong Excel user
Analytically minded
